- As a general contractor of a pre-designed project, our role is to select and manage subcontractors through completion of the project—on time and on budget.
- Construction Management Services
- In a construction management capacity, we act as the owner’s advisor and representative, managing all aspects of construction. We work with architects, engineers and consultants, and coordinate subcontractors to achieve timely completion of the project and to stay within a specified budget.
- Design/Build Services
- As a design/build contractor, we work closely with an owner to take a project from the conceptual stage through design and construction phases. Baird Construction Management assumes control of the project, with each consultant being responsible for their involvement.
